In 1989 John and Kim Beres began their SERVPRO career managing their parents’ franchises.  In July 1994 John and Kim took the bold step in purchasing their own SERVPRO franchise and have never looked back.  With over 25 years experience and our constant training and state of the art equipment makes us the leaders in the restoration industry.  We adhere to the highest industry standards in every service we offer to our customers and we must meet or exceed the SERVPRO standards by adhering to the National Accounts Participation performance guidelines which protects you the customer.  Our team here at SERVPRO of Plano values our community and has been supporters of many different local and national charities.  Our latest is partnering with Shoots and Ladders. This charity benefits the needs of the members and families of the Plano Police and Firefighters Association. This partnership goes along with our commitment to our First Responders and the sponsorship with the SERVPRO F1RST RESPONDER BOWL.  Our First Responders are on the front line putting their lives on the line on a daily basis in our community for our citizens. Hopefully you never experience a fire, smoke or water damage in your home or business but if you do we would be honored if you give SERVPRO of Plano a call.  We can make it “Like it never even happened.”
