Frisco and its surrounding area has a rich and diverse heritage and the community is committed to preserving its past as a means of protecting and ensuring our future.

Frisco ISD is shaped by the early settlers who farmed and emphasized the importance of education to their children, the rich history of cattle drives along the trails and the ingenuity of the railroad. The pioneer spirit was an integral part of the rapid growth of the many communities and their schools that dotted the area.

Frisco has always been a place that is open to change and is committed to leaving its mark on the pages of history. Each new generation of students that walk the halls of Heritage High School are new contributors to this heritage as they create a legacy of success for others.
