Hi! We are Phil and Jan Atkinson, Real Estate Consultants in Frisco Texas. We have lived in the Frisco area since 1998 and we have watched Frisco grow from around 10,000 people to nearly 155,000 to date. It’s been amazing and exciting watching the growth.

We currently live in the Del Webb community of Frisco Lakes and have lived here since 2012. We have 6 beautiful grandchildren, three of which live very close by. Time with family and friends is very important to us.

Frisco Lakes has been the perfect place for us to live, work and play. Making new friends and enjoying all the amenities this HOA has to offer has truly provided the ‘just right’ place for us!

Our love for real estate comes from personal experience through the years as we have personally bought, sold, flipped and even put together a housing development in Celina Texas over our years together.

Jan worked as an Executive Assistant for a couple of top executives in the area for many years, then started her own business as a Wedding Consultant before pursuing real estate as a career. Phil is retired after 25 years with American Airlines. All along the way, together, we have been purchasing, fixing and selling homes. The fun was finding the perfect property and then redoing it. We love finding deals!

Beginning in 2007 we made the decision to get our real estate license and start helping others find their perfect home or investment property. Finding the perfect property/home can be challenging but especially rewarding when the ‘perfect one’ is discovered. We always tell our clients, “You will know when it’s the right one.” It’s all about listening and understanding what they are really looking for and knowing what they are willing to give up and what is most important to each individual’s situation.

God has truly blessed us with many wonderful people that we have had the pleasure of helping through the buying and selling process sharing our knowledge and experiences, and guiding them to the closing table. I thank God for His blessings every day.
