Brothers Boudin

We are brothers who share a passion for food, family and friends. Growing up in Southern Louisiana and South East Texas, we have come to appreciate the diverse cultures that have inhabited these regions for generations.  The original settlers who were Spanish, French, German and African, brought their native culinary influences with them. The combination of these native seasonings, flavors, recipes and cooking processes is the result of what we know today as a Creole and or Cajun food.

We are degreed professionals who have cooked most of our lives as a hobby and sometimes as a necessity for our family until now. We have brought together our passion and experiences to offer some traditional recipes with the most creative combination of ingredients. Our unique flavor filled vegetable mix compliments our variety of cooked meat selections that include brisket, chicken, pork and seafood.  Add this to our perfectly seasoned rice and it is like nothing you’ve ever tasted.
