Bcp Land, Llc.

BCP Land is a real estate investment and service company, founded in 2016.  Real Estate is our family business.  We started in real estate in the early ‘90s.  BCP Land is our land division.  Over the years BCP Land has purchased millions of dollars in properties, and thousands of acres, in multiple states.

As a part of our service, we help people who want to sell their property.  A real estate transaction can be complicated and may include lawyers, surveyors, title companies, agents, banks, etc.  We help people work through this process.

Our goal is to make the buying and selling of your land as simple and as easy as possible.
